Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains the rules for using Heed software and services.

1. Lawful Use

You must not use the services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading or offensive purpose.

2. Security and Integrity

  • You must not introduce malware or malicious code.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the services, systems or data.
  • You must not interfere with the security, availability or performance of the services.
  • You must not conduct penetration testing, vulnerability scanning or load testing without Heed’s prior written consent.

3. Content Standards

You must not upload, send, store or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive, infringing or otherwise objectionable.

4. Compliance and Enforcement

Heed may investigate suspected breaches of this policy and may suspend access, remove content or take other reasonable action where there is a material breach or a security risk.

5. Changes

Heed may update this policy from time to time. The version incorporated into an accepted order or otherwise notified to the customer will apply.
